Airfoilz is proud to offer our new full fuse Yak, 40" wingspan aerobatic airplane kit. AirfoilZ designs and produces model aircraft that are FUN to fly with a “best in class” performance! Following the path blazed by our YAK and Edge, the AirfoilZ Yak Full Fuse can fly in 15-20+ MPH winds, and excels in both 3-D and IMAC style flying. The fuselage uses a hybrid construction consisting of a foam skin with a lite-ply crutch assembly. This construction results in a lightweight, extremely RIDGED, no twist design. The wing uses our proven folded depron skin, balsa “I beam” spar, design. The plane comes as a kit with laser cut parts that are designed to interlock together for proper alignment. The fuselage usually takes less than 1 1/2 hours to assemble. The plane uses two servos for the ailerons and one each for the elevator and rudder. New for the Yak Full Fuse is a pull-pull rudder set-up. The Yak kit comes complete with hardware and decals.
